Valentine’s Day is a star studded film by New Line Cinema that acquired $52.4 million in its opening weekend. The lead stars are Julia Roberts, Ashton Kutcher, Patrick Dempsey, Jamie Foxx and Anne Hathaway. This romantic comedy film is directed by Garry Marshall.

The story is about people that find and lose love in all its many forms on Valentine’s Day. From early morning until midnight, more than a dozen of people in Los Angeles lay the course of Valentine’s Day. Reed (Ashton Kutcher) proposes to his girlfriend, Morley (Jessica Alba). She’s not that happy about it. Julia (Jennifer Garner), Reed’s best friend is with a divorced heart surgeon, Harrison (Patrick Dempsey).

There are more stories implicated in the movie. Valentine’s Day is a must watch and highly-recommendable. The film’s magic revealed the imperfections of love and relationships. It even showed how people struggled to go on with their relationships.
